The client’s group comprised over 250 staff and customers attending from 17 countries and Activate’s role was to coordinate each delegate’s itinerary according to their role, including all travel & accommodation arrangements, ground transfers and meeting schedule as well as group dinners and social events.
After an extensive search, we settled on the Radisson Blu Aqua hotel which was superbly located for the delegates – just 10 mins from the congress centre and where advance booking secured both bedrooms and meeting space at an excellent rate for our client.
We worked closely with the client’s global events team as well as liaising with affiliate coordinators in 17 countries to deliver a seamless experience for both staff and customers from their first interaction with the registration website, all to travel & accommodation arrangements, stand briefings, sponsored symposia, client satellite meetings, supporting social programme and even a charity fun run.
We delivered a balanced, integrated programme in venues that were perfect for the client’s needs.
The client was delighted to have an event that was exceptionally well managed and which enabled them to take full advantage of all opportunities for dialogue and interaction with key customers and opinion leaders.
The event achieved top scores in virtually every parameter in post event feedback and the client has subsequently appointed us to work on next year’s event in San Francisco.
